The feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola was celebrated in St. Aloysius High School on 31st July 2015. After celebrating the Eucharistic mass in the chapel, all the students gathered in the hall for small cultural programme. The Programme began by invoking God’s blessings through a prayer song.
The Chief Guest Rev. Fr. Stany Pereira, the Parish Priest of Urwa was introduced by Mr. Francis Mascarenhas, the senior teacher of our school. Master Eshwar P. Shetty, the Secretary of the student council welcomed the gathering. The winners of the quiz competition on the life of St. Ignatius of Loyola were awarded with certificates. Depicting the life of St. Ignatius a meaningful power point presentation was presented by Rev. Fr. John Crasta S.J. The chief guest spoke on his experience in this esteemed institution. He shared some of his touching moments and wished everyone a very happy feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola.
Master Anoop D’Cunha, the SPL of our school thanked all for their constant support to organize this programme. Mr. Shravan Ullal of 10th E anchored the programme. The programme ended with the national anthem and distribution of sweets.
