St Aloysius High school Organises – Intra-Class Talent Competition.
Pratibha Kalotsava, an intra-class talent competition, was held at St. Aloysius High School on 27 August 2026. The programme provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their talents, creativity and skills beyond academics.
The programme began with a prayer. The dignitaries—Chief Guest Mr. Abhishek Shetty, RJ, Radio Sarang, St. Aloysius Deemed to be University; Rev. Fr. Johnson Pinto SJ, Headmaster; Mr. Lancy Dsouza, Assistant Headmaster; and Mr. John Chandran, Programme Coordinator—were escorted to the dais by the school pupil leaders. This was followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Guest, RJ Abhishek Shetty, encouraged the students to feel proud to be a part of an institution that provides a platform to nurture and shape their talents. He highlighted that the institution has contributed to the growth of many great personalities. He also stressed the importance of communication skills, emphasizing that they are equally important alongside academic learning.
The Headmaster, Rev. Fr. Johnson Pinto SJ, welcomed the judges for the various competitions. He emphasized that co-curricular activities play an important role in the all-round development of students. He encouraged the students to showcase their talents, develop their skills and build their personalities through such opportunities.
The judges for the various competitions were given a floral welcome. It was carried out by Mr. Praveen Monteiro, Mrs. Reshma Mohan welcomed the gathering, while Mrs. Chris Evert D’Souza compered the programme. Mr. John Chandran, the Programme Coordinator, coordinated the event. The programme marked a wonderful celebration of the diverse talents and creativity of the students, making Pratibha Kalotsava a memorable and enriching experience.
