Release of the School Magazine ‘The Little Man’ 2025–26
The release of the school magazine ‘The Little Man’ for the academic year 2025–26 was held at St Aloysius High School with great enthusiasm and excitement. The students and staff gathered in the High School Hall for the programme.
The programme commenced with a prayer, seeking God’s blessings for the occasion. Rev. Fr. Prashanth Madtha S. J., former Principal of St. Aloysius College, Mangaluru, Rev. Fr Johnson Pinto S.J., The Headmaster, and Mr. Lancy Dsouza, The Assistant Headmaster, were escorted to the dais by the school pupil leaders.
The much-awaited school magazine ‘The Little Man’ was formally released by the dignitaries on the dais along with the members of the Editorial Board. The magazine showcased the creative talents, achievements and experiences of the students throughout the academic year. Students who had excelled in various co-curricular activities were honoured with prizes. This ceremony was carried out by Mr. Noel Menezes.
Addressing the gathering, Rev. Fr. Prashanth Madtha encouraged the students to cherish their school days and collect good memories that they could carry with them into society. His inspiring words reminded the students of the importance of making their school life meaningful and memorable.
The Headmaster, Rev. Fr. Johnson Pinto SJ, congratulated the Editorial Board members and appreciated all the students who had contributed their articles and creative works to the magazine. He expressed the hope that The Little Man would inspire many students and help them preserve pleasant memories of their school life. Mr. John Chandran was appreciated for successfully completing 30 years of beautifully designing the cover page of the school magazine.
Mr. Lancy Dsouza delivered the welcome address, while Mr. Praveen Monteiro proposed the vote of thanks. Mrs. Felcy Pinto compered the programme with grace and enthusiasm. The programme concluded with the National Anthem.
