To acquaint ourselves with the culture and customs of North Karnataka our school had organised SNEHA-MILANA,a twinning program with the Loyola School,Mundgod.
Programme began with an assembly. God’s grace was invoked through a prayer song lead by the school choir members. Mr Arun, teacher of Loyola High school,Mundgod shared in detail the various curricular and co-curricular activities, cultural programmes, facilities and strength of their school. Headmaster Rev. Fr Johnson Pinto S.J. welcomed the gathering. Mr Lancy D’Souza co-ordinated the program and proposed vote of thanks. The entire program winded up with the National Anthem. Mrs.Felcy Pinto compered the programme.
A wonderful cultural programme depicting the culture of South Karnataka and North Karnataka was staged by the students of St. Aloysius High School and Loyola High School in the form of dance, song and skit. A session on leadership training, interaction with our students and entertaining games, campus visit, one day picnic was organised to the students of Loyola school.
Overall students of both the schools were able to develop a good friendship through this wonderful inititive taken by our Headmaster along with the committee members.
