The annual general body meeting of the PTA was held in the high school hall at 3:30pm. The PTA Executive Committee members invoked God’s blessings through a prayer song.
Mr. Sunil lobo, the PTA Secretary presented the annual report and statement of accounts of the year 2024-25. He also presented the budget for the year 2025-26. Both were passed in AGM.
The Guests, Rev. Fr. Johnson Pinto S.J. Headmaster, and PTA President, Mr. Lancy D’souza The Assistant Headmaster, Mr. Gerald M Fernandes The Retired Staff, Mrs Violet Wilma w/o Mr. Gerald M Fernandes Mr. Clifferd Rodrigues PTA Vice-President were escorted to the dais by PTA Secretary, Mr. Sunil Lobo.
Retired staff members Mr. Gerald Fernandes was felicitated by PTA executive members. Replying to the felicitation Sir shared his experiences serving in this prestigious institution and reminiscences to the gathering. Mr. Sunil Lobo announced the names of the new Executive Committee members and the Assistant Headmaster announced the name of the new PTA Vice-President, Mrs. Reshma Bhat.
Mr. Cliffred Fernandes, the outgoing Vice-president was felicitated by Dignitaries on the dais. It was carried out by Mr. Santhosh Kumar. The PTA Outgoing member were honoured by Headmaster Assitant Headmaster announced the name of new PTA secretary, Mrs. Edna Mascarenhas. Headmaster addressing the gathering thanked Mr. Sunil, the active member of PTA and Mr. Gerald Fernandes for their dedication and hard work in serving the institution.
Top scorers in the SSLC examination 2024-25 were honoured. Top scorer Master Mohammed Faheez Sheeyan and Master Sangamesha shared their Experience in the school. The entire programme was anchored by Mrs. Jasmin DSouza, Mr. Cliffered Rodrigues welcomed the gathering. Vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Reshma Bhat. The Progaramme ended with a National Anthem.
