Leadership Training Service [L.T.S] is a youth movement for people of all faiths mainly for the students in schools and colleges<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This orientation was initiated by the South \u2013 Asian Promoter of L.T.S., Rev.Fr.John Rogers S.J who had come all the way from Calcutta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This programme was inaugurated on Thursday,13th<\/sup> August 2015 by the Rector of our institutions Rev.Fr.Denzil Lobo S.J.<\/p>\n\n\n\n LTS began with a stage program with melodious prayer song led by Master Vejeth Ullal and all 10th<\/sup> Standard LTS members. Swathi Shenoy welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr. Denzil Lobo, gave an inspirational meassage. Fr.Edward Rodrigues, the headmaster of our school introduced the guest Rev.Fr. John Rogers who is the resource person for the following days. Master Shelton Tauro delivered vote of thanks , Adithya Hegde was the M.C for the stage programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Activities began with a game called \u2018sinking ship\u2019. On the whole the entire three days camp was based on qualities that a leader had to inculcate. There were other activities like \u2018A pair of shoes from America\u2019 a drama based on \u2018Social Issues\u2019. \u2018The Bridges story\u2019; etc. Students were guided by three brothers. They are Rakesh from Calcutta Jesuit province, Br. Joyson Goa Jesuit province, Br. Anush Karnataka Jesuit province. These brothers\u2019 conducted activities which had an innovative thinking. Students had a good time with the action songs. Mr. Ankith a resource person who is pursuing his M.B.A. in Tampi at Manipal guided us with the activity which helps us to have self esteem. students were also taught Public speaking and the L.T.S Anthem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On the last day all the parents were called, to ensure the importance of L.T.S. On the behalf of students\u2019 master Ishwar B. Shetty shared his experients and thanked everyone those who reason for its success, Mr. Naveen Dias, father of master Nihal Dias, student of 9th<\/sup> E2. Spoke beautifully and appreciate for organizing such programs, especially for focusing on Leadership qualities among the students at the High School Level. The entire programme was initiated and coordinated by Mr. Santhosh Lobo.
