Fr. Johnson Pinto SJ<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> The resource person for the session was <strong>Rev. Fr. Edward Rodrigues SJ<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> former Headmaster of the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme began with a warm welcome. <strong>Mr. Lancy Dsouza, Assistant Headmaster<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> introduced the resource person to the gathering.&nbsp; Addressing the teachers, Rev. Fr. Edwards Rodrigues SJ spoke on the importance of <strong>team building among teachers<\/strong>, professional skills, maintaining a positive routine, and motivating one another for the effective functioning of the school. He emphasized the need for cooperation, dedication, and commitment in creating a healthy learning environment for students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was informative and inspiring, helping the teachers gain valuable insights for the academic year ahead.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by <strong>Mrs. Sonal<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> who expressed gratitude to the resource person, the Headmaster, Asst.
